My experience with Elise was AMAZING!! The consultation was in depth and she walked me through every option so clearly and thoughtfully. I had a lot of regrowth in areas that just weren’t working with my length anymore, and she had the most positive outlook—and she saw my vision!! So much yes. Go to her!!

I was a new client to this studio and expressed that I was very interested in a plan and list of healthy practices and products to use at home as I start a healthy hair journey in the new year. I paid ~ $400 for this service and Elise promised to send me a personalized plan that I never received. I thought she was just busy during the holidays but in January I received one of those emails reminding me it's time to go back and get yet another service done but I replied to the email and told her that I never did receive the personalized plan that I paid for in December as promised and never heard back again. The hairstyle she did not even last me a day yet it was supposed to get me through a week-long vacation. Unfortunately my patience has run out and even though I will not be returning to this studio anytime, I felt that I should let other new clients with similar interests know what they're getting. Transparency and follow through is important as a business owner. Overall, I would not recommend spending that much money for the limited service that I received that did not hold value.

I went to Textura Curl Studio for the first time slightly over two weeks ago. Elise is a great stylist. She knows what she is doing! This was not my first curly cut. I’ve had 2-3 curly cuts PRIOR to having Elise style my hair. At that time my hair did look good but I wanted to venture out because I felt like I was not listened to. When I met Elise we talked about my hair for approx 15 minutes or so. Then she worked her magic. My hair has never looked this good or this healthy. The styling products she used are at the moderate price level and it is an expensive cut but it’s well worth it. I didn’t think I could replicate what she did for my curls at home. For my first at home wash my hair was frizzy and poofy but the second time I went over the notes in detail and I “almost” got it right. I feel like the more I work with the products I’m getting better results each time. I definitely recommend Elise at Textura Curl Studio and I will for certain be heading back. Everything about this experience was awesome. From the ease of booking online to Elisa taking the time to write out which products she used and how she styled it. Everything was top notch. I had been to a curly hair salon before and while it wasn’t a bad experience, this was immensely better. I appreciate that she took the time to explain the science behind how hair works and answered all the questions I had. I left with my hair looking healthier than it has in months. That you!!!!

I've been coming to Elise for about 2 years now, and she never fails to get my hair looking it's absolute best! Her curly expertise and ability to not only determine the best products and routine for my hair, but also teaching me the best way to get the same results at home? Unmatched. Highly recommend!
